STOCKHOLM, SE / ACCESS Newswire / September 1, 2026 / KEO Capital (STO:KEOC) – KEO Capital AB (“KEO Capital” or the “Company”) announces that board member Hernán Magariños has resigned from the board of directors at his own request for personal reasons, with effect from 1 September 2026.
Hernán Magariños was elected as board member at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in KEO Capital held on 20 August 2026. Pursuant to KEO Capital’s articles of association, the board of directors shall consist of no fewer than three (3) and not more than seven (7) members. Following the resignation of Hernán Magariños, the board of directors will comprise five (5) members, which satisfies the requirements of the articles of association.
