Family medicine physician joins Pioneer’s physician ownership at Hearthstone Family Practice in Uniontown
UNIONTOWN, OH, UNITED STATES, August 20, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Pioneer Physicians Network is pleased to announce that Dr. Lauren Pittak has become a physician owner of the network, effective August 1, 2026. Dr. Pittak practices family medicine at Hearthstone Family Practice in Uniontown, Ohio.
Dr. Pittak earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Summa Health System. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
She chose family medicine to care for the whole person across the whole lifespan. At Hearthstone, a single day might span a newborn visit, a Medicare wellness exam, a mental health appointment, and a well-woman exam. She incorporates in-office procedures wherever possible, with the goal of keeping care comprehensive rather than parceling it out. “I love that I can see entire families and get to know patients outside of their medical conditions,” said Dr. Pittak. “I also love that I can manage multiple unrelated issues for patients when I see them and provide comprehensive medical care for them.”
