Glenmede, a privately held and independently owned wealth and investment management firm, today announced the appointments of several senior advisors across its New York, Northern New Jersey, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh offices.

  • New York: Louis Porta, CFA®, CFP®, CIMA®, CAIA, joins as Investment Advisor and Managing Director, reporting to Gregory Khost, New York Regional Director. Mr. Porta has 25 years of experience building customized portfolios and implementing wealth planning strategies for families and institutions. In this role, he will provide investment advice, asset allocation guidance, and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients.

  • Northern New Jersey: Christina G. Duffy, CTFA, AEP®, joins as Fiduciary Advisor and Managing Director, reporting to Mr. Khost. Ms. Duffy has 25 years of experience as a wealth advisor, with expertise in relationship management, fiduciary administration, and investment management. She will work with clients to provide thoughtful wealth management advice, trust and account administration, and solutions for fiduciary, charitable, financial, and wealth transfer planning.

  • Cleveland, which has recently been recognized as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business Best Places to Work in Ohio, added two strategic new hires to the team: Michael Novak and Jack Glending, who will report to Bethany Bryant, Ohio Regional Director.

    • Mr. Novak joins as Fiduciary Advisor and Managing Director. He brings more than 30 years of experience as a fiduciary and trusted advisor in wealth management and estate planning. He will work with clients to provide fiduciary, advisory, and wealth planning guidance and partner with colleagues to create customized wealth solutions.

    • Mr. Glending joins as Investment Advisor and Vice President, bringing nearly a decade of experience constructing and managing portfolios for clients with significant wealth. He will provide investment and asset allocation advice as well as ongoing portfolio management for clients.

  • Pittsburgh: Steven J. Kaczynski Jr., CFA, CPA, MST, joins as Investment Advisor and Managing Director, bringing more than 12 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, and foundations. He will be responsible for delivering investment and asset allocation advice as well as ongoing portfolio management and report to Andy Paterson, Pittsburgh Regional Director.
